Uk wild bass fishing is banned every year during February and March to allow the species to breed and replenish stocks.

During this time, or when the weather keeps our day boats inshore, we source the best quality, sashimi grade bass from farms in France.

While Cornish Wild Bass is in season, farmed sea bass is available on request only.
